Regulatory Strategy – UPS Flight Forward Inc
Edgar provides strategic guidance to the UPS Flight Forward management team and tactical execution in key regulatory areas of aviation and compliance. Previously headed the human resources activities which included organizational development and design of various positions at UPS Flight Forward. Prior to being UPS Flight Forward, Edgar oversaw workforce planning for UPS Airlines. Activities included forecasting staffing needs and recruiting and onboarding for the required positions that contribute to the continued success of UPS. Edgar earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from University of Louisville and a Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University Chase Law School.
